During your home building or renovation we will:

• Meet with you at your home to discuss your ideas and goals
• Meet with an architect if necessary
• Provide a comprehensive estimate
• Assist in obtaining any necessary town approvals
• Obtain all required permits
• Meet with you periodically throughout your project
• Provide a punch list of finishing touches before the project's completion and invite you to do the same

Our Final Goal
In the end, after your project is complete, we want to become "your contractor."  This means we want to build a relationship with you that goes beyond your initial project.  We hope that Jim's high standards, quality workmanship, and communication skills will encourage you to call us for advice, any concerns that may arise, and certainly for your next job, big or small.
