When we decided to sell our house in an unfavorable real estate market, we knew it might be difficult. We were advised to address some of the cosmetic problems before putting the house up for sale. We felt overwhelmed by the long list of issues we were faced with and knew we couldn’t manage to address them all by ourselves. We asked Jim to help us with a list of projects and we are so glad we did. He was able to skillfully solve a variety of problems in a cost efficient manner within a short amount of time. He took the time to find discontinued flooring to match a pre-existing area and also researched and executed an alternative to full window replacement, which would have been very expensive. He was always prompt and professional as well as easy to communicate with.
After his work was complete the house had never looked better and it sold just days after we listed it. Jim has accompanied us to prospective houses to discuss possible renovations. His input has proved valuable in our search for a new home. We would highly recommend Jim for any project, large or small, and plan to hire him in the future!
